Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him. I find this scripture to be one awesome question that so needs to ask the body of Christ. How shall we escape, how shall we flee, run, hide if we neglect, negative, careless, make light of so great salvation. I see this over and over again with people who neglect the gospel, those who are careless and make light of their salvation. They do what they want to do and how they want to do it and have no concern to the end result. Those in the body seem to have forgotten where they started and being rooted and grounded in the word. Christ is not mention, nor do we hear his life, his dealth, and his resurrection. When ask about salvation there seems to be a washed gospel. High notes are placed on prosperity , vision, anointing, destiny but when it comes to truth, honesty, deliverance and dignity there seems to be a silence.
We are living in the end times. How shall we escape? There is no where to run and no place to hide. I wonder do people think they can get by and neglect so great salvation our healing, our deliverance, and our health. When one neglect salvation they neglect healing, they neglect deliverance and they neglect health. For our healing, our deliverance, our health is found in our salvation. I can’t neglect my salvation. I cant afford to be negative, and careless with my salvation. I cant put it on the line and hope for the best. I know I am old school but everything we do or have ever done we swing it all on the doors of our salvation, the word and true gospel.
Salvation is to be delivered from the power and effects of sin. Christ Jesus gave his life so that we may be free from sin. Oh, so great salvation. Time to take salvation serious no play time, no nap time, no lay me down time. We cant lay it down and pick it back up and be saved when you feel like it. Salvation is not a burger king meal where you can not fix it your way. The plan of salvation was taught in our homes, taught in our school, taught in our churches. The enemy has taken it from our school made it light in our homes and changed in our churches. We have such a great salvation because of God love towards us, his great sacrifice, and the blessing of being redeemed.
